Put sideways pages the right way up. Click a page to turn it 90°, or rotate the whole document at once — the thumbnails turn with it so you can see the result before you download.

a page property, not a picture
The wrong way to rotate a PDF is to render each page as an image, turn the image and build a new document from the pictures. It works, and it quietly destroys the file: text stops being selectable and searchable, the size balloons, and screen readers get nothing.
A PDF page carries its own rotation value, and every reader honours it. This tool changes that value and leaves the page content completely untouched — same text, same images, same file structure, just displayed the right way up.
three steps
Drop in a PDF — every page appears as a thumbnail.
Click a page for 90° at a time, or rotate the whole document.
The same PDF, with the pages the right way up.
quick answers
Neither. Only each page's rotation property changes; the text and images are not touched, so the file stays the same size and text stays selectable.
Yes — that is what clicking a single thumbnail does. Rotate all is there for documents that are entirely sideways, and each click adds another 90° on top of what you already did.
Click it three times. Rotation only goes clockwise, and four clicks bring a page back to where it started, so anything you can want is at most three clicks away.
Because the click adds 90° to the rotation the page already has, rather than resetting it. A page that arrived rotated needs a click that takes it the rest of the way round; keep clicking and you will pass through every option.
Yes. Each page keeps its own size and rotation, so rotating one page never disturbs the others.
No. The PDF is opened, previewed and rewritten entirely in your browser.
