Deleting a page is not the same as hiding it
Printing to PDF with a page range, or hiding pages in a viewer, leaves the original content in the file — anyone can still recover it. Removing a page properly means writing a new document that never contained it, which is exactly what this tool does.
The pages you keep are copied into a fresh PDF, so what is gone is really gone. Everything else is untouched: no re-encoding, no scaling, no quality loss — the remaining pages are byte-for-byte the same content they were before.
