Rotating a PDF should not cost you any quality
The wrong way to rotate a PDF is to render each page as an image, turn the image and build a new document from the pictures. It works, and it quietly destroys the file: text stops being selectable and searchable, the size balloons, and screen readers get nothing.
A PDF page carries its own rotation value, and every reader honours it. This tool changes that value and leaves the page content completely untouched — same text, same images, same file structure, just displayed the right way up.
