one page, four jobs

Reordering pages should not mean uploading your document

Fixing a PDF usually means four separate round trips to a website: one to reorder, one to rotate, one to delete a page, one to merge in the file someone sent you. Each one uploads the whole document to a stranger's server and hands you back a file to upload again.

This page does all four at once and none of it leaves your browser. The pages you see are rendered from your own file on your own machine; the new PDF is written the same way. Contracts, bank statements and scans of your passport stay exactly where they are.

quick answers

Organize PDF FAQ

Can I combine two PDFs and reorder them together?

Yes. Use “Add another PDF” and its pages join the grid at the end, where you can drag them anywhere among the existing pages. That is a merge and a reorder in one step.

Does removing a page delete it straight away?

No. Removed pages stay in the grid, greyed out, until you download — click ✕ again to bring one back. Nothing is written until you press the download button.

Can I do this without a mouse?

Yes. Tab into the grid, move around with the arrow keys, press space to pick a page up and the arrow keys to carry it, space again to drop it. R rotates the focused page and Delete removes it.

Does rotating here lose quality?

No. Only the page's rotation property changes — the text and images are untouched, so text stays selectable and the file stays the same size.

What happens to bookmarks and form fields?

Page content, images and form fields come across with their pages. Document-level extras such as the bookmark outline are not rebuilt, so a heavily bookmarked report is better rearranged in a full PDF editor.

How big a PDF can I organize?

Up to 100 MB, and page thumbnails are drawn only as you scroll to them, so a few hundred pages stay responsive. Everything runs in your browser, so very large scans depend on how much memory your device has.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The PDF is opened, previewed and rewritten entirely in your browser — there is no server involved at any point.
